Renewable Energy and Power

The ability to harness the power of the sun and wind can be traced back for hundreds of years. In ancient societies, buildings were created so that they might benefit from the sun’s rays. In the mid-18th century, the Swiss scientist Horace de Saussure created the world’s first solar powered oven, and, more than a hundred years later, Albert Einstein realized that there was a powerful connection between electrons and light. Wind energy has played a tremendous role in travel and farming. In the late 19th century, steel blades for windmills were invented, and wind power was used to help farmers pump water and create electricity. By using powerful resources such as solar panels, wind turbine kits, and EV (electric vehicle) charging stations, we’ll be able to conserve our energy for a greener and brighter tomorrow.
